Krakow, Poland. Spring 1914. Fraciszek Jaskowski - my grandfather - was born.

When he inherited the family pharmaceutical business, ‘Frank’ - as he was affectionately known - bought a chalet in the popular ski resort of Zakopane. When war broke out in Europe, Frank enlisted in the Polish army as an intelligence officer – he left his beloved home in the mountains behind, but his spirit for adventure always remained. His passion and love of the mountains is what underpins the KOWSKI brand.

KOWSKI bears our family name, and embodies generations of inherited passion for daring escapades.

KOWSKI isn’t simply a skiwear brand. It’s our legacy.
